We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
There are no additional or hidden fees at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (EST), New York time
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier volume and local delivery conditions, but most orders arrive within the timeframe above.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners who provide end-to-end tracked delivery within the United States.
Final-mile delivery is usually handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a similar local courier.
4. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch at no cost.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
